We work with both victims and perpetrators of crime. We don't judge; we explore trauma and start the healing process.

Our Program

  • Engagement

We are committed to making that first healthy connection with the most promising individuals. We are prepared for most challenges. Most individuals are averse to taking help, not because they don't want it , but they haven’t realized they need it.Relentless engagement is our motto. We Never surrender and Never retreat!

  • Essentials

Safety, food, clothing, and shelter are all necessary for any person to survive. Often participants are victims of trauma, and have not had their basic needs met. The real work will not begin until these very basic needs are addressed.

  • Exploration

Walking alongside someone who is striving to thrive rather than survive is a gift. We help them to change the way they notice. People who have been helpless, hopeless and overwhelmed may not have had the luxury to dream. We show our service users the beauty of possibility through exposure. It is remarkable to see people realize themselves for the first time.

  • Execution

Once a participant is stable, healthy and safe it's time to execute! This is not the end of their journey but more like the start. R2C2 walks besides our most promising as they walk their personalized “steps of change.” Goal setting and achievement is critical to change and growth. We help them author their plan and accompany them on their journey.
